VIDEO: Training With Greg Bennett

In the most recent episode of “Training With…”, Andrew filmed the 43 year old Olympic non-draft legend, Greg Bennett. For those of you unfamiliar with Greg’s background, he won six ITU World Cup titles and was the ITU World Series Champion in 2002 and 2003. Bennett competed in the 2004 Summer Olympics, placing 4th.

Perhaps most notably, he had a nack for winning all of the biggest prize purses, including HyVee in 2011. Bennett won the Life Time series for three consecutive years 2006, 2007 and 2008. In 2007, he won all 5 of the Life Time Fitness Grand Slam series events. (Minneapolis, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and Dallas). Greg has also won multiple 70.3 distance races.
